Duke women's soccer
On the first day of practice, the Duke Women's Soccer team runs conditioning drills - a 20 meter shuttle run (20 up, 20 back) called a beep test with the required speed increasing as the test went on - until they couldn't run any longer. It was cool to see their camaraderie, cheering each other on and teammates jumping in to run with the last one still running...which was a remarkable 19 times.
Duke men's basketball
Duke defeats Carolina 74-64 during their annual rivalry in Cameron Indoor Stadium. Senior Grayson Allen plays his final game in Cameron.
Duke football
Duke faculty and staff cheer after the Blue Devil's touchdown give them a 42-0 lead during the first half of the Employee Kickoff Celebration and season opener against North Carolina Central University. Duke won the game 49-6 at the newly renovated Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.
