- Bathai Edwards, M.D., attended as one of 10 trainee selectees for the (highly competitive) Philips RLI scholarship.
- Katherine Cheng, M.D., and Jon Martin, M.D., received scholarships from the North Carolina Radiological Society.
- Rob Optican, M.D., recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the RLI, addressed the Summit on its opening night.
