Congratulations to Duke Radiology’s own, Dr. Imarhia Enogieru, for being recognized with the 2024 Brenda Armstrong Award for her efforts during residency and fellowship to enhance diversity and push for inclusion! She was awarded this honor at the SNMA MLK Jr. Banquet on 1/13/24. Amongst her achievements are being awarded an R38 grant to study healthcare disparities, developing a weeklong healthcare disparities curriculum for the residency, and her service as co-leader of the Committee for Diversity, Inclusion, and Awareness for the past three years.
