Duke University Health System Department of Clinical Education & Professional Development designates this activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
REGISTRATION
Registration fee is $1195 for physicians on or before October 3, 2024 ($1095 for Duke Radiology alumni (includes ex-faculty, fellows, and residents) / $995 for in-training/military/VA/retirees/Non-MD). Beginning October 4, 2024, there is a $150 late fee making the registration $1295/$1195/$1095 respectively. The registration fee includes tuition, continental breakfast, and refreshment breaks. The fee is payable with a check to “Direct Travel” or online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by October 31, 2024, to receive a refund.
In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will distribute course materials electronically. You are encouraged to bring your laptop or electronic device to follow along. Registrants will be provided with a printable version via the mobile app if they wish to print their own.
