We are pleased to offer Self-Assessment Modules (SAMs) which meet the American Board of Radiology’s criteria for self-assessment activities in the ABR Maintenance of Certification Program.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course has been designed for the radiologist who performs abdominal imaging, cardiothoracic imaging, musculoskeletal imaging, and neuroradiologic and vascular/interventional procedures
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify and discuss the latest modalities and techniques being used in the field of Diagnostic Radiology.
- Discuss differential diagnoses of common disease processes as they are seen on radiologic images.
- Demonstrate compliance with various governing agencies to sustain accreditation, licensing and board certificate requirements.

Group rates for this meeting are $589 Run of Coastal or $719 for Run of Ocean Front. All rates are subject to all applicable government taxes (currently 9.5%), taxable service charge (currently 15%) and a government mandated levy charge of $3.50 per occupied room in effect at the time of check in (all taxes and levies are subject to change). The following charges also apply: Bellman charge $10.00 round trip, per person/Housekeeping gratuity $5.00 per room per day.

Maximum occupancy is three adults or two adults and two children (under 18 years of age) per room. Charges for rol-away beds and cribs may apply. These rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after scheduled conference dates, subject to availability. Rooms are being held at these rates until Thursday, December 14, 2022 or until the room block is full. When booking air, you want to choose flights in and out of Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), located approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Taxis are readily available and cost approximately $25 per taxi plus luggage fees. Alternatively, if you wish to explore the island on your own a rental car is suggested.
Registration
Registration fee is $1050 for physicians on or before December 15, 2022 ($900 for Duke Radiology alumni / $850 for intraining/military/VA/retirees/Non-MD). After December 15, 2022 there is a $75 late fee making the registration $1125/$975/$925 respectively. The registration fee includes tuition, continental breakfast and refreshment breaks. The fee is payable with check to “Direct Travel” or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by January 4, 2023 to receive refund. In an effort to be more environmentally conscious, we will only distribute syllabi electronically. You are encouraged to bring your laptop or electronic device to follow along. Registrants will be provided with a printable version via the mobile app if they wish to print their own.
