Congratulations Tracy Jaffe, M.D., Vice Chair, Faculty

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Tracy Jaffe, M.D. to the position of Vice Chair of Faculty. In this role, Dr. Jaffe will provide exceptional leadership in the recruitment, retention, and development of a world-class faculty. As a key member of the Department’s leadership team, Tracy will collaborate closely with the Chair, the executive team, division chiefs, Vice Chairs, faculty serving groups, key health system personnel, and others to offer valuable career development opportunities for faculty.

Dr. Jaffe will also spearhead various faculty projects, including planning for growth, access, and data, as well as managing faculty metrics and other essential initiatives. Additionally, Tracy will develop and oversee leadership development seminars, introduce new leadership training opportunities, promote faculty professionalism and well-being initiatives, and address any professionalism issues that arise.
