Robert Optican, M.D., MSHA, FACR recently graduated from the Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP).
The Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP), established by the Chancellor for Health Affairs in 2010, aims to enhance leadership capacity within DukeHealth. This initiative offers faculty the chance to gain a deeper understanding of healthcare operations and to cultivate essential leadership skills. The School of Medicine Office for Faculty manages the program with strong backing from health system leadership.
