Registration fee is $895 on or before December 15, 2016 or $970 after December 16, 2016. The fee is payable by check made out to Aladdin Travel & Meeting Planners or by visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification of cancellation must be received by January 2, 2017 to receive refund.
Printed syllabus will not be available. All material will be distributed electronically. A printer-friendly version will be made available prior to the course for anyone who wishes to print it for themselves.
