Group rates for this meeting are $549 for Ocean View or $699 for Ocean Front.  All rates are subject to all applicable government taxes (currently 9.5%), taxable service charge (currently 14%) and a government mandated levy charge of $3.50 per occupied room in effect at the time of check in (all taxes and levies are subject to change).  The following charges also apply:  Bellman charge $10.00 round trip, per person/Housekeeping gratuity $5.00 per room per day.

When booking air, you want to choose flights in and out of Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), located approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Taxis are readily available and cost approximately $25 per taxi plus luggage fees.  Alternatively, if you wish to explore the island on your own a rental car is suggested.

Registration

Registration fee is $895 on or before December 15, 2016 or $970 after December 16, 2016.   The fee is payable by check made out to Aladdin Travel & Meeting Planners or by visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation.  Written notification of cancellation must be received by January 2, 2017 to receive refund.

Printed syllabus will not be available.  All material will be distributed electronically.  A printer-friendly version will be made available prior to the course for anyone who wishes to print it for themselves.
