We are pleased to offer 17  hours of Self-Assessment Modules (SAMs) which meet the American Board of Radiology’s criteria for self-assessment activities in the ABR Maintenance of Certification Program.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

An intensive review and update of musculoskeletal MR imaging techniques and procedures focusing on the knee, shoulder, spine, foot and ankle. The design and implementation of musculoskeletal imaging protocols will also be addressed in this comprehensive course designed for the practicing radiologist.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss the current musculoskeletal MR imaging procedures.
  • Design and implement appropriate musculoskeletal imaging protocols.
  • Apply the current advances in musculoskeletal imaging to diagnosing disease processes in the elbow, knee, wrist, shoulder, spine, hip, foot and ankle.

Room rates:  Run of House/Deluxe Rooms $319, Deluxe Ocean View $369, Residential Garden View Suite $399, Residential Ocean View Suite $499.  Rates are are based on single or double occupancy subject to an additional 13.4% state and local tax.  A mandatory porterage charge of $8.00 per person, plus Hawaii state tax.  Charges are based on two bags per person, and two movements of two bags, in and out of the hotel.  Additional pieces of luggage will be charged at $2.75 plus tax per movement.  Golf bags are charged at an additional $1.00 plus tax per bag per movement.  Please note porterage fees are subject to change.

There is a Daily Resort Fee of $20 (discounted from $35) which covers enhanced high speed internet access, local telephone calls, toll-free telephone access, discounted golf fees and preferred tee times, Resort shuttle services (Kapalua Resort & West Maui Kapalua Airport only), beach chair service, fitness classes, bocce ball, basketball, tennis, cultural history tours, arts and crafts, complimentary photo session with 8×10 photo included, resort charging privileges at select shops and restaurants, and in-room coffee and bottled water.

Registration

Registration fee is $895 on or before December 16, 2016

We offer discounted registration rates to Duke Radiology alumni of $795 and Military/NonMD/Retirees of $695.

On or after December 16, 2016 there is a $75 late fee in addition to the registration fee.

Printed syllabus will not be available.  All material will be distributed electronically.  A printer-friendly version will be made available prior to the course for anyone who wishes to print it for themselves.

The fee is payable by check made out to “Aladdin Travel & Meeting Planners” or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation. Written notification must be received by January 2, 2017 to receive refund.
