Self-Assessment Modules as qualified by the American Board of Radiology in meeting the criteria for self-assessment toward the purpose of fulfilling requirements in the ABR Maintenance of Certificate Program will be offered.

Course Description:
This course has been designed for the radiologist interested in gaining a greater understanding of the advances in diagnostic imaging, specifically implementing a multidisciplinary approach to education via a combination of experts from Duke’s Divisions of Abdominal Imaging, Breast Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, Neuroradiology and Vascular/Interventional Radiology.

Learning objectives:  Following participation in this activity participants should be able to:

Identify the newest imaging techniques and modalities being used to diagnose various disease processes

Discuss techniques and procedures currently being used for treatment in neuroradiology and interventional radiology.

Demonstrate a greater knowledge of the new techniques and procedures

Accommodations

Rooms are being held at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman for this meeting from Saturday, February 18 through Saturday, February 25 until the cutoff date of Monday, January 16, 2017 or until the block is full.  This group rate will be offered up to three days pre and three days post event dates, based upon availability in the room category requested.  Not included in the room rate is a $50 resort fee.  Group room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) and service fee (currently 10%) in effect at the time of check in.

Registration fee is $895 on or before January 20, 2017 or $970 after January 20, 2017.   The fee is payable by check made out to Aladdin Travel & Meeting Planners or by visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  There is a $100 administrative fee for cancellation.  Written notification of cancellation must be received by February 6, 2017 to receive refund.

Printed syllabus will not be available.  All material will be distributed electronically.  A printer-friendly version will be made available prior to the course for anyone who wishes to print it for themselves.
